Senior EMEA Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end: tactics to execution.
• Lead regional sponsorships and vendor management.
• Design differentiated, memorable experiences for audiences.
• Partner with EMEA Sales for field activities and on-site engagement.
• Own reporting and ROI across Marketing activities and campaigns.
• Operate independently and align with international Marketing strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing focusing on events/field campaigns.
• Own full event calendar: strategy, budget, execution, post-event reporting.
• Direct experience negotiating sponsorships and managing multiple vendors.
• CRM (Salesforce or similar), MA (Marketo/HubSpot), event tools (Splash/Bizzabo/Cvent).
• Regional campaigns with field/events; digital/ABM programs.
• Experience across European markets; DACH/Central EU; language a plus.
• Cultural awareness and confident communicator across EMEA.
