Senior Emergency Response Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead analysis of emergency response and preparedness plans, policies, programs, and capabilities
• Conduct strategic assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities, capability gaps, and
• Develop recommendations, plans, policies, procedures, and other products to support FEMA leadership
• Provide senior-level analytical support for complex scenarios involving CBRN, nuclear/radiological
• Lead coordination with FEMA leadership, federal agencies, state and local partners, and other
• Develop executive-level briefings, presentations, reports, read-ahead materials, talking points

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust
• 11+ years of experience in emergency management, emergency response planning, preparedness
• Demonstrated experience conducting strategic or program-level analysis of emergency preparedness
• Experience developing or evaluating emergency response plans, policies, procedures, capability
• Experience working with federal agencies, interagency partners, or other government stakeholders on
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
