Lead confidential ER investigations on harassment and policy violations
Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and document recommendations with Legal/People leads
Serve as SME in performance management; coach leaders to improve outcomes
Support high-risk terminations, including leaves, accommodations, and sensitive cases
Partner with LOA/Accommodations on ER matters involving leaves or accommodations
Develop and deliver ER training for leaders and Advisors

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; commitment to obtain within 3 years
Minimum 5 years in Employee Relations
Proven ER design and execution expertise
Ability to lead change-management initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; strong written/verbal comms
Experience leading cross-disciplinary projects and data-driven initiatives
