🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in talent development, performance, leadership, org development, or change mgmt.
• Built and shipped talent programs: leveling, performance reviews, manager programs.
• Experience in relevant consulting or on a high-growth People team.
• Exceptional writing skills; can create curricula and guides.
• Comfortable facilitating sessions, onboarding, and audience engagement.
• Academic mindset; can review research and distinguish rigor.
