Collaborate with HR to develop policies on accommodations, leaves, onboarding
Conduct audits of compliance program and implement corrective actions
Advise on employment separation, job classifications, background checks, recruiting
Draft training for people leaders and deliver select trainings
Oversee OFCCP filings and related reports

🎯 Requirements

JD from ABA accredited school
10+ years of employment law experience
Excellent academic record at top tier law school
Experience with AAP and OFCCP compliance evaluations
Experience counseling clients with domestic manufacturing operations
Experience counseling clients with international operations
