📋 Description

• Own the launch governance system for a portfolio of complex, cross-functional product launches with
• Act as an authoritative source of knowledge across Product, Product Marketing, and downstream
• Proactively identify and resolve risk with senior stakeholders: flag portfolio-level issues like
• Lead recurring cross-functional syncs and represent the launch portfolio to executive and senior
• Define success metrics and readiness criteria for the launches you own, track impact and monitor
• Deliver complex launches on time, adapting your approach mid-execution as scope or business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Project Management, Product Enablement Operations, or Product Management in
• Track record of gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders and leadership on ambiguous
• Experience building or improving the systems and processes a team uses to get work done, not just
• Experience mentoring or developing other project managers and contributing to how a broader team or
• Proven experience using AI and other tools to build more efficient, scalable systems and processes.
• Experience and proficiency with various project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite, Jira).
