Senior Engagement Manager - AI & Process Intelligence

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end value journey; translate objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases; leverage benchmarks to win customers.
• Use SQL/Python to prototype AI solutions for Celonis.
• Lead value opportunity development and roadmap to C-level executives.
• Facilitate value workshops; identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Present results and realized value to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on SQL and/or Python; data/AI prototyping.
• Experience with dashboards and automation tools (PowerBI, RPA); SAP/SaaS knowledge.
• Customer-facing experience in Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication.
• Project management: plan/manage scopes and timelines; cross-account delivery.
• Degree in Engineering/CS/Math/Business Analytics or equivalent; Finance/Supply Chain domain knowledge.
