Senior Engagement Manager Analyst

📋 Description

• Primary contact for Strategic and Enterprise brands; onboarding and ramping.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and cross-functional delivery.
• Define ramp-up KPIs, milestones, and mutual accountability.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and refer to Sales/AM.
• Build strategic partnerships to sustain joint growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in payments, fintech, consulting, or account management.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strategic consulting experience; identifying expansion opportunities.
• Proven KPI-based ramp-up design with milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• English required; secondary language a plus.
• Deep payments and e-commerce knowledge including regulatory aspects.
