📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership: Independently scope and lead large, complex initiatives with multiple
• Advanced Selling: Drive the full-cycle sales of standard and customized Professional Services &amp
• Account Growth: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize regional PS&T
• Customer Sentiment: Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions or escalate

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
