Senior Engagement Manager, Scenarios Advisory

📋 Description

• Lead customized scenarios from scoping to delivery.
• Work with senior partners to clarify questions and define success.
• Design scenario processes for governments, cities, foundations, IOs, and businesses.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops and working sessions.
• Translate AI, labor, economics, and policy into clear frameworks.
• Produce high-quality written outputs: briefs, decks, memos, updates.
• Manage client and partner relationships with judgement and credibility.
• Coordinate across leadership, researchers, facilitators, and external experts.
• Help develop Windfall’s scenarios methodology and delivery templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm or equivalent.
• Experience at Project Leader/Engagement Manager level, or above.
• Track record leading complex client or partner engagements end-to-end.
• Excellent problem-structuring, writing, synthesis and presentation skills.
• Experience producing client-ready materials (strategy decks, briefing notes, memos, reports, exec presentations).
• Strong facilitation skills, especially with senior or expert audiences.
• Credibility across AI, economics, labour markets, public policy, philanthropy, corporate strategy, scenario planning or institutional strategy.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote, international team.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
