📋 Description

• Partner with account, brand and scientific strategy, media, and creative teams to ensure digital
• Leverage tools and data (IQVIA, Google Analytics, CRM systems) to understand audience behavior and
• Manage and segment HCP lists to fuel targeted, personalized campaigns
• Map customer journeys across channels to identify content needs, optimization points, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience (pharmaceutical agency experience strongly
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo
• Ability to manage and activate HCP lists and integrate IQVIA data into targeting and measurement
• Strong working knowledge of SEO platforms including GSC, SEMrush, etc. (AI SEO tools experience
• Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools or frameworks
