Senior Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the architecture and evolution of distributed, cloud-native systems from infrastructure-as-code
• Design solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SQS, SNS, and ECS.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans for engineering teams.
• Create and maintain Architecture Decision Records for durable standards.
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, and stakeholders; communicate risks and priorities.
• Contribute hands-on to development; mentor and lead reviews and design discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience in software development with a track record of production systems.
• Advanced programming experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience designing/architecting systems for reliability, scalability and performance.
• Strong AWS cloud-native background (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SQS, SNS, ECS).
• Ability to balance cost, performance, reliability, security in architectural decisions.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs/AI-agent architectures and mentoring/leadership.
