Senior Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide remote and onsite technical support across client infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, server, and network issues.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Escalate technical issues and mentor junior engineers.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Maintain system performance via monitoring and proactive maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, or a similar role.
• ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL-based service environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in System Architecture Design.
• Extensive experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Security Technologies, including Firewalls, VPNs, and Identity Management.
