Senior Engineer – AI & Workplace Enablement

📋 Description

• Own and improve the Microsoft 365 E5 service stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Act as a full-stack Microsoft 365 engineer delivering scalable workplace tech.
• Design and govern Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, lifecycle.
• Manage endpoint and device services across Intune, Autopilot, Windows/macOS.
• Drive Copilot adoption with business teams to embed AI-enabled workflows.
• Build dashboards in Power BI for Copilot adoption, usage, and cost.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Microsoft 365 ecosystem experience (EXO, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
• Experience enabling Copilot adoption and Copilot Studio implementations.
• Endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot, and cross-OS deployment.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability mgmt, compliance, eDiscovery.
• Scripting/Automation with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, APIs, IaC.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
