Lead and build autonomous capabilities for uncrewed aircraft within the Hivemind Solutions team.
Blend software development with robotics, perception, and path planning.
Design and implement autonomous behaviours for aircraft and integrate with third-party systems.
Work with real sensor data and sensor fusion in high-fidelity sims and hardware-in-the-loop tests.
Collaborate across AI, robotics, and systems engineering; contribute to architecture and code
Mentor junior engineers and help shape best practices.

🎯 Requirements

A tertiary degree in CS, Mechatronics, Software Eng, Aerospace, Robotics or related field
Significant experience in robotics, autonomy, perception or aerospace
Strong experience in modern C++
Proven track record delivering reliable software in fast-paced environments
