Senior Engineer – AWS

📋 Description

• Lead triage, diagnosis, and resolution of critical P1/P2 AWS incidents.
• Perform RCA and deliver post-mortem reports with preventive actions.
• Coordinate with TAMs, service teams, and customers during outages and demos.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across compute, storage, DB, and networking.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to internal tooling, dashboards, alerting, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on AWS experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting production workloads.
• AWS Solutions Architect Pro or DevOps Engineer Pro certification plus at least one Specialty.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform).
• Strong Python (boto3) and shell scripting; automation frameworks.
• Incident response experience with SLA-based resolutions and blameless post-mortems.
• Excellent communication, customer-facing skills, and ability to travel as required.
