Senior Engineer – Building Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection

📋 Description

• Perform as lead engineer for small and larger projects with little oversight, managing the
• Establish project scope, building systems budgets, and design approach.
• Meet with client personnel for planning and design concepts.
• Work with clients and professional counterparts to ensure projects are delivered on time within
• Design of Building mechanical systems and components ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
• Direct participation in planning, designing, or reviewing plans with related disciplines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Building Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, ASHRAE, ASPE)
• Familiarity with FM Global insurance requirements
• Software: Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
