Senior Engineer, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Develop autonomous AI agents that plan, reason, and complete Finance and Procurement workflows
• Integrate agents with Oracle Fusion Cloud, external APIs, and databases so they can take actions in
• Improve model and agent performance through prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation
• Build evaluation and testing frameworks that measure agent reliability, accuracy, and safety.
• Implement and maintain guardrails and human oversight for automated finance workflows.
• Break down complex, multi-step business processes into components suitable for AI implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years designing and building scalable systems.
• AI engineering skills: Python, API design, and hands-on experience building with large language
• Experience with AI/ML fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Backend proficiency across databases, microservices, and system architecture.
• Experience deconstructing complex business tasks into steps an AI system can implement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
