• Design and scale platform services alongside engineering leaders using our Request for Comments

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience building complex backend software systems (Python is our primary stack, but strong
• Background in FinTech, banking, or regulated financial environments with an understanding of core
• Hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs, integrating monitoring/alerting, and working with CI/CD
• Commitment to robust testing (unit/integration) and clean architecture.
• Professional English fluency (written and spoken) to work effectively across time zones.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 service availability.
