Senior Engineer, Fullstack - Growth

📋 Description

• Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for the self-service onboarding journey and
• Spend approximately 80% of hands-on development time on frontend engineering and 20% on backend
• Collaborate closely with Design to take onboarding and platform concepts from initial ideas through
• Mentor engineers and support the development of frontend skills, engineering judgment, and code
• Establish frontend conventions, architecture review practices, testing strategies, and quality
• Contribute to the Python backend when necessary to unblock frontend work or deliver end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience architecting and building complex frontend applications in production
• Strong frontend engineering skills, including the ability to make sound architectural decisions
• Confidence acting as the most senior frontend technical voice on a team, including constructively
• Some backend development experience and a genuine willingness to work with Python codebases; deep
• Experience mentoring other engineers, ideally including early-career team members.
• Ability to work independently, establish appropriate technical standards, and make decisions
