• Own the activation funnel: rebuild submission flow end-to-end; instrument steps.
• Scale acquisition channels: identify effective channels; build growth systems.
• Fix data & attribution foundation: centralize analytics; clean signals.
• Build lifecycle infrastructure: own push, in-app, email, SMS; opt-in compliant.
• Balance marketplace growth: optimize balance across bidders, buyers, sellers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering; backend Python/Postgres/AWS; frontend React/TS/JS.
• Own growth features end-to-end from design to production.
• Growth tooling: experimentation, analytics (PostHog/Amplitude), attribution (AppsFlyer).
• Sharp funnels and instrumentation; turn messy data into clean signal.
• Strong collaboration; writes docs and gives thoughtful feedback.
• Bonus: familiarity with collectibles or alt-asset marketplaces.
