Senior Engineer - GTM Tech

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across CRM
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure solutions
• Own full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams in an Agile environment
• Drive code quality, documentation, release management, and governance
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce technical debt

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IS, or related field
• 8+ years Salesforce development & enterprise app engineering
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, SOQL, APIs
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, integration patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment, refactoring, performance optimization
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs/ETL
• Salesforce Platform Developer II preferred; other certs a plus
• Familiar with AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce
