📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across the core CRM platform, including
• Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to understand
• Own delivery across the full solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing
• Collaborate closely with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and
• Drive strong engineering practices across code quality, documentation, release management, and
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, simplify architecture, reduce technical debt

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise application engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flows, SOQL
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, declarative automation
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment processes, code refactoring, and performance optimization in
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, ETL tools, and automation
