Senior Engineer II, Privacy and Identity

📋 Description

• Build and ship features across account sign-up, login, password management, and account recovery
• Design and implement clear, intuitive privacy controls that make it easy for athletes to understand
• Partner with Product, Security, Trust & Safety, and Legal to build features that meet
• Help drive consistency in login, privacy, and account experiences across iOS, Android, and web
• Use data to monitor and improve login success rates, recovery flows, and engagement with privacy
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and on-call rotations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with fullstack range spanning mobile (iOS or Android)
• Comfort ramping up on systems that keep user accounts secure and easy to access; no prior
• Experience breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into multi-component solutions
• A product mindset: the ability to balance user experience with data protection and abuse prevention
• Strong collaboration skills, with comfort partnering across product, security, and legal
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO) or in privacy- or compliance-sensitive
