Senior Engineer II, Proxy

📋 Description

• Own features from design to production for the ingress proxy service
• Extend the ingress proxy to cover agent traffic
• Make decisions that directly affect security and performance
• Uplift legacy systems while they stay in production, moving traffic over safely and in stages
• Refactor into more robust architectures and evaluate language trade-offs
• Employ comprehensive testing strategies, including fuzzing, property-based testing, and integration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems
• Working knowledge of HTTP and TLS
• Experience in Rust or Go strongly preferred
• Solid hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems in Rust or Go, with a
• Demonstrated ability to optimize for latency and throughput in networked applications, using
• Strong background in implementing secure systems, with a proactive approach to threat modeling
