📋 Description

• Exchange Online Management: Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, groups, and policies.
• Identity lifecycle mgmt: Manage identity, MFA, SSO, and hybrid environments.
• Security measures: Implement Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.
• Monitor and optimize Exchange Online performance and availability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange Online and identity with other IT systems.
• Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and IT staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 9+ years managing Exchange Online, Azure AD, and identity tooling (Intune, Teams).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and identity management technologies.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
