📋 Description

• Owning the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions, working end-to-end across
• Building and operating cloud-native, serverless applications on AWS, ensuring secure, resilient
• Leading by example in applying clean code, sound architectural principles, and engineering best
• Identifying, prioritising, and addressing technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability
• Defining and influencing test strategies to raise quality bar with focus on security
• Performing and leading high-quality code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in modern software engineering: clean code, clean architecture, design patterns
• Proven experience delivering serverless solutions on AWS with hands-on use of Lambda, API Gateway
• Deep, practical experience with MongoDB including schema design, performance optimisation, and
• Extensive experience building and maintaining large-scale systems using TDD, automated testing
• Strong security-first mindset with real-world experience in secure application development, web and
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems, make sound architectural decisions
