In-depth expertise in engineering design verification and validation
Experience leading verification/validation of industrial robots or electro-mechanical systems
Hands-on design/testing of electronic, mechatronics, or electromechanical products
Root cause analysis and reliability growth expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience designing specialized test equipment and fixtures
