• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of Python development experience.
• Scripting: Perl and Unix Shell are a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn AppViewX automation and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Multi-tasking with adaptability and timely delivery.
• Team player; collaborate with internal scrum teams on design and testing.
• Commitment to quality and customer service.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Willingness to learn on the fly.
• Experience delivering on-the-go technical solutions.
• Good networking knowledge; ADC exp and Firewall knowledge is a plus.
