Senior Engineer, SailPoint IIQ

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to Identify project requirements
• Develop technical documentation for SailPoint IIQ implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including P1/P2 issues, within agreed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and production support.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Troubleshooting experience handling P1/P2 production incidents.
• Work with XML, SPML, REST/SOAP Web Services, web servers, and application servers.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and PowerShell.
• Experience developing custom API-based integrations.
