Senior Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF
• Support technical and strategic planning activities related to space warfare and information and
• Evaluate technologies, systems, concepts, and research and development activities for technical
• Conduct and support technical studies, analyses, evaluations, assessments, and trade studies
• Provide technical input to near-term and long-term technology investment and acquisition strategies
• Support the development, assessment, and refinement of technology and enterprise investment

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI)
• PhD in engineering or science with seven years of experience, or master's with nine years, or
• Demonstrated expertise in Space or Information and Spectrum systems and/or technologies
• Experience providing engineering or scientific support in research and development activities
• Ability to conduct technical analysis, evaluation, and assessments with sound recommendations
• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively in written products, briefings
