Senior Engineer: Tier 3 - (On-site)

📋 Description

• Serve as lead for on-site and remote technical management at customer locations.
• Provide mentorship to the on-site professional services engineering team.
• Deliver on-site support for networking and systems admin during upgrades.
• Provide strategic guidance in IT infrastructure planning and architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Lead and support infrastructure implementations to meet client goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years hands-on IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
• Strong understanding of networking, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling and data center practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with client-service focus.
• Travel domestically up to 85-90% of the time.
