Senior Engineer: Tier 3 - (On-site)

📋 Description

• Lead on-site and remote technical management at customer locations.
• Mentor the on-site professional services engineering team.
• Deliver on-site support for networking and systems administration during IT upgrades.
• Provide strategic guidance in IT infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Lead infrastructure solution implementations to meet client goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in IT infrastructure, networking, and sysadmin.
• Networking, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Low-voltage cabling and data center configuration knowledge.
• Problem-solving and multi-project management abilities.
• Travel up to 85-90% domestically.
