Senior Engineer, Virtual Technology Management

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical liaison between client stakeholders and Abacus delivery teams
• Perform targeted hands-on technical work within the VTM scope while coordinating larger
• Help clients operationalize technology initiatives within regulated environments by supporting
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate complex support matters and escalations across Support
• Guide clients through modernization initiatives involving cloud platforms, cybersecurity, identity
• Support clients in evaluating, preparing for, and operationalizing AI-enabled solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years demonstrated experience in a technical leadership, solutions architecture
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams in a hybrid
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to commute to the London office on a hybrid basis.
• Strong experience supporting financial services or healthcare organizations within a managed
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
