🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of building, developing, and
• Experience managing through periods of rapid growth, ambiguity, or significant technical change.
• Strong technical foundation: was a strong engineer before management, maintained technical
• Managed Staff-level ICs and helped senior engineers grow into bigger roles.
• Experience in domains with real complexity: financial systems, distributed infrastructure
• Clear and direct communication in writing, in 1:1s, with executives, and with engineers.
