• Hands-on tech leader; hires, mentors, and manages the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Engineering management experience in a product company with direct reports
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams; coaching and mentoring
• Strong background in distributed, scalable cloud systems on GCP/AWS/Azure
• Hands-on Java backend with Spring Boot; cloud-native microservices
• Kubernetes, CI/CD, containerized deployment; monitoring with New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus
• Database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
