Senior Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable microservices from architecture through production deployment.
• Lead backend system design, robust, secure, maintainable solutions.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Own development, testing strategy, and operations of the team with containerized API services.
• Participate in agile design, implementation, and deployment.
• End-to-end lifecycle for new product features/components.

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
• 12+ years as Backend, 4+ years in leadership.
• Java, Springboot, SQL, NoSQL (SingleStore, Postgres).
• Strong React experience; Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (Azure/GCP) helpful.
• Experience with agentic AI (AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI) and AI tooling.
• Agile development, sprint planning; Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services a plus.
