🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years of engineering management leading cross-functional teams
8–10+ years total software engineering experience
Proven project and execution management skills
Full-stack background (backend + frontend or mobile)
Successful track record shipping user-facing features at scale
Strong people management and mentoring skills
