🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering building scalable systems.
• 3+ years as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager.
• Hands-on with Java, Python, or Node.js; deep code reviews.
• Cloud-native, Microservices, and API design.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders (C-level/VP) in consulting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
