Senior Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor engineers with focus on people development and team health
• Coach engineers with feedback, goals, and career development
• Define priorities and ownership with product/engineering leadership
• Oversee projects from planning through rollout and maintenance
• Stay close to technical work: review designs and tradeoffs
• Help unblock engineers by clarifying priorities and connecting teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience mentoring engineers in a fast-moving environment
• Genuine interest in people management, coaching, and growth
• Strong technical judgement and ability to understand code, architecture, system design
• Comfort with code reviews and technical discussions
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
