Senior Engineering Manager, Activation & Engagement

📋 Description

• Lead and develop an engineering team of 10–12 professionals.
• Define and execute multi-quarter roadmaps across product, compliance, and platforms.
• Set technical direction for mobile apps, backend services, and core platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Operations, Legal, to align priorities.
• Improve architecture, observability, incident response, testing, and ownership.
• Improve velocity, code quality, and collaboration with AI-assisted workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, incl. 5+ years managing teams.
• Leading product engineering across mobile apps, backend, and critical platforms.
• Strong judgment in distributed systems, reliability, observability, and production ops.
• Experience delivering multi-quarter roadmaps with competing priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, design, compliance, ops.
• People leadership: mentoring senior engineers and building teams.
