📋 Description

• Lead the Ads Backend team organizationally and technically
• Own the SSAI platform's technical vision and architecture
• Hands-on engineer: review designs, code when needed
• Own end-to-end dev and operational excellence for revenue-driving services
• Shape tech direction across Zattoo's video platform with other teams
• Drive cross-team initiatives across multiple video teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Hands-on engineer: design, build, review production code; technical lead
• Proficient in C++/Go; build scalable APIs
• Experience with distributed systems, Kafka, and non-relational DBs (Scylla)
• Testing-focused developer with fluent English
• Experience with ad tech, SSAI/DAI, and video pipeline
