📋 Description

• Hire, coach, develop, and retain engineers while establishing effective performance management and
• Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, design reviews, code reviews
• Balance long-term platform architecture and scalability with iterative improvements to onboarding
• Build organizational structure and operating practices that support continued team growth

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams, with strong people leadership and a demonstrated
• Proven experience growing an engineering organization from a relatively small group into a larger
• Experience managing and developing senior engineers, including performance management, career
• Strong software engineering background with enough technical depth to review code, guide
• Experience connecting engineering investments to product outcomes, particularly customer growth
• Strong product instincts and the ability to work effectively with Product and Design partners
