Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform & Growth

📋 Description

• Lead and grow two engineering teams responsible for human onboarding and activation and
• Own the engineering roadmap for the self-serve journey covering discovery, onboarding, activation
• Drive development of agent-facing experiences through APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, MCP integrations
• Partner with Product and Design to align technical roadmaps with customer needs and growth
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers with focus on senior individual contributors
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design reviews, and hands-on contribution

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams with strong people leadership
• Proven experience scaling engineering organizations and developing multiple teams
• Experience managing and developing senior engineers including performance and career planning
• Strong software engineering background with technical depth in code review and architecture
• Experience connecting engineering investments to product outcomes such as growth and onboarding
• Strong product instincts and effective collaboration with Product and Design
