🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software with Android; 5+ years leading 10+ engineers.
• Experience with Java, Swift, or Kotlin in commercial software.
• 1+ year using AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Distributed systems design and cloud: microservices and containerization.
• Own full SDLC from requirements to release and monitoring.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development and observability.
