🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading engineering teams and 6+ years of software development experience, with a track
• Technical depth in one or more areas of our stack, with enough breadth to engage credibly in
• Good product instincts, build strong working relationships with Product and Design partners, and
• Active in developing your own AI fluency and in helping your team do the same. Hold a high bar for
