Senior Engineering Manager, Borrower Experience

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of fullstack engineers delivering borrower-facing web and mobile
• Own technical execution across the stack, connecting intuitive user interfaces with reliable
• Partner with Product and Design to improve the Funded Borrower Dashboard, payment journeys, and
• Define and execute a multi-quarter technical strategy that advances borrower experience and
• Guide architectural decisions and modernization efforts that improve system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to simplify complex borrower needs and regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience, including 4–7 years in engineering management.
• Experience leading fullstack engineering teams that build and operate customer-facing products.
• Strong technical depth across frontend architecture, backend services, APIs, distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Product and Design to deliver intuitive user experiences and
• Proven experience leading teams in regulated domains such as fintech, payments, or lending.
• Experience defining and delivering complex technical strategies while balancing product delivery
