🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading teams.
• Built AI products turning model capabilities into usable applications.
• End-to-end delivery of complex, user-facing products across surfaces and AI/ML systems.
• Established engineering standards, architectures, and development practices (safety/reliability).
• Preferred: Master's in ML or related field; track record with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning.
