Senior Engineering Manager, Clinical

📋 Description

• Set clear performance expectations, provide direct and timely feedback, conduct meaningful reviews
• Lead multiple engineering teams and actively support career and technical development, helping tech
• Own team goals and roadmap execution, remove blockers, improve feedback loops, protect focus, and
• Drive effective adoption of modern AI development tools, including agentic coding
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape scope, balance technical investment against
• Review architecture decisions, conduct pre-launch risk assessments, and ensure connected product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering management experience, including responsibility for multiple teams
• At least 10 years of experience delivering production software in professional environments.
• Demonstrated success developing engineers toward their next level while addressing underperformance
• Professional experience working with open source programming languages and maintaining strong
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI development tooling and experience driving meaningful adoption
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000–$310,000, based on experience and level.
