• Operational excellence: Own operations, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
• Technical depth: Guide architecture for large-scale, multi-tenant compute.
• Capacity, supply & economics: Own utilization, capacity planning, and cost-per-unit.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading software teams that build large-scale, multi-tenant compute.
• 12+ years in software/infrastructure; 7+ years people management.
• Deep distributed-systems and compute infra depth; hands-on guidance.
• Experience operating multi-tenant compute that supports production workloads.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, and leadership.
